Consumer Refund Request
Q: I have cancelled my booking; will I get my prepayment back?

If your booking is cancelled within the specified timeframe, you will receive your refund within 2-5 business days.

Depending on the provider’s policy, the provider may charge a cancellation fee if a client violates the cancellation policy. Conditions of the free cancellation are displayed when making a booking and can be found in the booking confirmation email.

If you adhered to the cancellation policy however you were still charged, please contact our help desk at help@crownbeautybook.com.

Card Payments (Fraud and Other)
Q: My card details keep getting rejected.

Please verify that all card information has been entered correctly (card holder name, card number, expiration date, security code and registered address). If the issue continues, please contact us at help@crownbeautybook.com

Appointments: Book, Reschedule, or Cancel
Q: Is a Crown Beauty Profile required to book an appointment?

Yes, a Crown Beauty Profile is required to complete a booking or purchase. Once your account has been created, users will be able to confirm and manage appointments.

Your Experience
Q: I am not satisfied with the service I was provided. What can I do?

You can open a dispute with us by using this dispute form and we will facilitate communication between you and the service provider to try and find a resolution. If you and the service provider cannot reach an agreement, then you can escalate a dispute to a claim by using this claim form where we’ll investigate and decide in favor of either you or the service provider.

You can report a business by going onto to the service provider’s business profile and click one ‘Report a listing’; select a reason for reporting and submit.

Q: How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, please submit a deletion request and we will delete the account for you.
